Pierre co-founded the Firm in 2020 and acts as Managing Partner, CIO and portfolio manager. Prior to Phaeacian Partners, Pierre was Managing Director at First Pacific Advisors (FPA). He served as portfolio manager of the FPA International Value Fund (now the Phaeacian Accent International Value Fund) since its inception in 2011, the FPA International Value Equity Fund (now the Phaeacian International Value Fund) since its inception in 2018, and the FPA Paramount Fund (now the Phaeacian Global Value Fund). Prior to FPA, Pierre was a Senior International Investment Analyst for Harris Associates. Pierre started his investment career as an Analyst in the Principal Investment Area at Goldman Sachs. Pierre earned a Master in Business Administration from Harvard Business School, a Master of Laws from Université Paris II Panthéon-Assas, and a “Grande Ecole” Master from Ecole des Hautes Etudes Commerciales (HEC). He is also a former student of Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris (IEP Paris or Sciences Po Paris).

Greg co-founded the Firm and acts as Managing Partner and portfolio manager. Prior to Phaeacian Partners, Greg was Managing Director at First Pacific Advisors (FPA). He served as portfolio manager of the FPA Paramount Fund (now the Phaeacian Global Value Fund). Prior to FPA, Greg was a Senior Research Analyst at Vontobel Asset Management. He previously worked at Sanford Bernstein and Bankers Trust Company. Greg earned a Bachelor’s degree in Art History from Colgate University. He is a CFA^® Charterholder.

Jason has been with the Firm since its launch in 2020. Prior to Phaeacian Partners, he served as an analyst for the same team at First Pacific Advisors (FPA), which he joined in 2013. Prior to FPA, Jason was Research Analyst at Artisan Partners and was Analyst at Deccan Value Advisors LP.  Previously to Deccan, he taught at the Ecole Normale Superieure in Paris.  Jason earned a Bachelor’s degree in Rhetoric at University of California, Berkeley and a Doctorate in Rhetoric and French language from Université de Paris IV-Sorbonne. He is a CFA^® Charterholder.

John has been with the Firm since its launch in 2020. Prior to Phaeacian Partners, he served as an analyst for the same team at First Pacific Advisors (FPA), which he joined in 2016. Prior to joining FPA, John was Research Analyst at NWQ Investment Management and was a Junior Equity Analyst at Tradewinds Global Investors. He earned a Bachelor’s degree in Economics at the University of Notre Dame.

John has been with the Firm since its launch in 2020. Prior to Phaeacian Partners, he served as an analyst for the same team at First Pacific Advisors (FPA), which he joined in 2017. Prior to joining the firm, John was a Research Associate at global value manager Brandes Investment Partners. He previously worked at Nuveen Investments, and also has experience in investment banking and institutional investment consulting. John earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Economics from University of California, Santa Barbara, where he graduated with High Honors and Distinction in the Major. He is a CFA^® Charterholder.

LuLu has been with the Firm since its launch in 2020 as a research coordinator. Prior to Phaeacian Partners, LuLu served as an executive assistant at First Pacific Advisors (FPA), which she joined in 2007.

LuLu was an assistant for the predecessor of the Phaeacian Accent International Value Fund (FPA International Value Fund) since its inception in 2011, the predecessor to the Phaeacian International Value Fund (FPA International Value Equity Fund) since its inception in 2018, and the predecessor to the Phaeacian Global Value Fund (FPA Paramount Fund).
